Piloted Login adds a second issue: the terms bar anyone from using another player's account without Skystone's authorisation. Skystone can suspend or terminate an account that breaks its terms, and everything on a terminated account is deleted. Our in-game trades go through the ordinary Auction House, but the risk sits with the account holder.

Probably. Skystone's terms don't name carries, but they bar using the game for any commercial purpose without its written consent, and a paid carry is one. A carry keeps your login with you, so the account-sharing rules don't come into it. Penalties run up to suspension or termination, and the risk sits with the account holder.
