Terms of Service

XUZHAO sells in-game currency, boosting and items for the titles listed in our catalogue. By placing an order you agree to these terms. We are a service provider, not a publisher of any game we support.

An order becomes binding once payment clears and we confirm it in your ticket. We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay in RMB, with card, PayPal and Bitcoin available in supported regions. Prices shown in US$ are estimates — you are always charged in ¥ (RMB).

You must provide a working account and be able to receive a trade or meet an operator in game. If you cannot, the order cannot be completed and the refund rules below apply.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before work starts. Once work has begun we may be unable to refund, but any order we cannot complete is refunded in full — including partial work.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees charged by your bank or processor may not be returned to you.
