What it does
"Minimum Modifier Level: 50" on the new modifier. Tiers below level 50 are cut from the pool. On modifiers whose tiers run into the 60s and 80s, level 50 is still a mid tier, so it raises the floor rather than guaranteeing the top.
How players use it
The modifier it removes is random, so players fracture or omen first. Omen of Whittling removes the lowest-level modifier, and Sinistral or Dextral Erasure limits removal to prefixes or suffixes.
Good to know
The item's level still limits the result, so pair it with a high item-level base. Greater and Perfect currency became somewhat rarer in patch 0.5.0.
